Do I need planning permission for a garden room?
In most cases, no our garden rooms are designed to meet permitted development regulations, meaning you likely won’t need planning permission. That said, if your property is in a conservation area or you're after a larger build, our team will advise and assist with the application process if needed.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes, this is one of our specialities. We’ll visit your property with a digital presentation, samples of materials and finishes, and sit down for a full consultation. We’ll help you visualise the build, scope out your garden space, and carry out a detailed survey all from the comfort of your home.
How long does installation take?
Once groundwork is completed, most builds take 7 to 14 working days, depending on size and complexity. Our team works efficiently and cleanly, with minimal disruption.
Is electricity install included?
Yes. All rooms come with a full electrical package sockets, lighting, and a certified consumer unit. We can also install the main property connection to the garden room, also extras like spotlights, outdoor lighting, or other are on request.
Can I customise my garden room?
Absolutely. You can choose everything from cladding, flooring, windows, and door styles to interior finishes, storage, lighting, and more. We’ll walk you through all the options during your consultation.
